It's difficult to express to you how grateful I am for your leadership and for the dedication of your team. Please know that all of your employees have made it difficult for me to stay objective as I evaluate future projects and contractors.

The space, commonly known as the ISOC, was transformed from a cold, hard, institutional 15,000 square feet of computer room to the upscale, user friendly "state of the art" call center we see today. Against all odds and with a most difficult schedule, you were successful in the completion of a project that normally would have taken 6 months. This was possible only through a tremendous number of hours each week.

Dealing with Doug and his people has been a pleasure; we have always felt that the school and the contractor were on the same page. In my experience, they are an "owner's contractor" in the way that they have dealt with their subcontractors in getting the work done to our satisfaction.

Being intimately involved in the construction of a large multi-million dollar facility is not a new experience for me, but I have never before been involved with one that has proceeded as smoothly as this one.

At the onset of this project, I was extremely concerned with the overall success of such an aggressive schedule. The work was at a prescribed stopping point each day of the schedule with little to no impact to the public or to Delta's operation. Thank you for the level of professionalism you and New South always bring to the table.

Emory's approach to provide a parallel estimate and your team's willingness to both format and discuss your estimate in an open book format was key to the owner making informed decisions about the value of the building.

Attention to detail was the key to the success of this complex project. It did not take the New South team long to discover that the success of the project would hinge around the successful operation of the sophisticated equipment purchased by the Owner.

Their long experience in design-build work was evident beginning with the design phase and continuing through the completion of the facility.

During the whole of this project New South Construction was amazing. Everyone connected with the company was responsive, considerate and professional. Neighbor issues were dealt with quickly and completely. The School's concerns with safety and minimal disturbance to our day were totally dispelled. In fact, the project became a learning experience for students as the Superintendent was a frequent classroom visitor explaining drawings, concrete and steel work and other aspects of the construction.

The Braves chose New South to build this project based on their flawless record for getting things done in a pinch for us at Turner Field. The team's optimism and firm grip on the project saved me many sleepless nights.

From the perspective of more than forty years in the business, I can state that I have never seen a better supervised and executed project than was this, nor a more effective project team.

They bring excellent experience along with youthful exuberance to every project team effort. They are willing to go the extra mile, from investigating diverse and prolonged preconstruction issues, to meeting strict occupancy date requirements. It is abundantly clear to me why New South has significant repeat customers: They deliver when it counts.

We can only hope that our future relationships with General Contractors be as positive as the one we experienced with New South Construction, and that our paths will cross again in a future project.
