THE DEVELOPMENT GROUP OFFICE BUILDING Project Overview
The Development Group's office building is used for commercial office space in a prime location. The building has a structural steel frame with brick exterior and cast stone accents. Lots of windows and custom-made cornice work surround the building. 20,000 square feet of office space with multiple entry points and fine finishes make up the interior.
New South Construction began working with the Owner and Architect very early in the design process, providing continuous cost information as the exterior design was finished.
