DOUGLAS PHYSICIANS CENTER Project Overview
The 40,000 + square foot Douglas Physicians Center serves as a medical office building with an expansion capacity of 80,000 square feet. Phase One of this project included the construction of this shell building with a structural steel frame, a brick and EIFS veneer, and an EPDM roof system. Interior construction included the build-out of the corridors, open lobby space, and a two-stop elevator.
