33 PONCE LOFTS Project Overview
This project consisted of the conversion of a 30,000 square foot, 3-story office building, originally built in the 1960's, into a luxury loft condominium complex. Construction consisted of metal siding with a large storefront system balanced with high-end interior finishes. The complex contains 20 units comprising of any where from 1,300 to 2,000 square feet. Each unit includes hardwood flooring, exposed concrete and exposed ductwork, Hebel demising walls, maple cabinets, hard tile bathrooms and modern gas cook-top units. There are thirteen outdoor gated parking spaces and eighteen underground parking spaces.
