Clubhouses  -  The Savannah Golf Club

This project consists of the construction of a new clubhouse and pool facility for the historic Savannah Golf Club. This project was nconstructed in four phases. Phase I consisted of the construction of the new pool facility. The pool facility includes an Olympic size swimming pool, youth room, snack bar, pool restrooms, three additional clay tennis courts and one hard tennis court.

Concurrent with the construction of the pool facility, Phase II featured a new clubhouse including a main dining room, private dining room, mixed grill, men’s grill, lounge, full service kitchen, ladies card room, pro shop, tennis shop and men’s and women’s locker rooms. The exterior façade consists of brick, cast stone, stucco, lap siding and accented metal ceilings. In addition, there is approximately 8,000 sf of covered porch area capturing the beautiful views of the golf course, tennis courts and pool area.

The final phase consisted of the demolition of the existing clubhouse, construction of a new entrance plaza and additional parking for the club.
