This project is a 22,000 sf, three story addition to the Harold Pate Municipal Building for Glynn County in Brunswick, GA. The scope of work includes 13,000 sf of renovation and interior build-out to the second floor of the existing building. This floor has new entrances linking the existing second and third floors to new building.
