CAY BUILDING - U.S. ATTORNEYS OFFICE Project Overview
This project consists of a new a six-story office building for Holder Properties which faces Savannah’s Ellis Square. The main anchor tenant is the U.S. Attorney’s Office which occupy the upper four floors.
The facade is made of cast stone, brick and glass that incorporates arched windows, recesses and other aesthetically pleasing architectural elements.
