DELTA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION Project Overview

This 36,500 sf project included a three story build-out to support Delta Community Credit Union’s executives and support staff. Scope also included completing a roof demolition and installing new structural steel beams to support a Terrace Roof Garden. The majority of the materials were high-end custom selections from appliances to the custom stone imported from Italy for the Elevator Lobbies. The build-out consisted of executive offices, Board room and numerous conference rooms, a cafe and Town Center area along with three feature and one time line wall, and new restrooms with showers.
