Tenant Improvement  -  ASA TECHNICAL CENTER RENOVATION

ASA Technical Center Renovation project includes the build-out of approximately 75,000 sf of an existing aircraft maintenance hangar to serve as the new corporate headquarters for Atlantic Southeast Airlines.  Over the years, New South Construction has performed various upgrades and renovations to this multi-level Hangar Building.   ASA’s project goals were to create a secure entrance and environment, a fresh branded visitor experience, and improved employee parking access areas. The site work consists of the removal of the old air cargo building, new security fencing, a new guard station, and new entrance/exit gates to meet SIDA requirements.   Exterior upgrades to the building include ASA branded signage, a new storefront entrance and new operable windows which will convert the tired and closed up feel to one that is much more open and inviting. The interior finishes reflect a pleasant, comfortable working environment revealing hangar equipment, valves, piping and structure.
