THE COVENANT GROUP II Project Overview
The Covenant Group II Office Building, consists of a 65,000 s.f. two-story, steel-framed structure. The exterior veneer features brick with cast stone accents. The striking two-story entrance lobby features a monumental wood staircase, wood paneled walls and greek-style columns. This project also included a parking lot,new infrastructure and utilities. The high-end tenant build-out was also included as part of this project.
