DELTA AIR LINES EMPLOYEE CREDIT UNION Project Overview
This project is a four-story, 85,000 square foot headquarters building for Delta Air Lines Employee Credit Union. The building structure is steel frame with a glass curtain wall and brick exterior skin. The scope consists of the build-out of the credit union space, along with a public banking lobby, teller stations, all banking equipment and security installations, and a drive-through canopy with drive-up teller kiosks. This project was awarded on a negotiated basis on a design-build-type situation.
