RIVERDALE NEW TOWN CENTER Project Overview
The Town Center complex building features a new Government Center for the City of Riverdale, complete with a City Hall, Community Center, and Public Plaza with interactive fountain an Amphitheater.
The design of the buildings is environmentally friendly, energy efficient and is seeking LEED Gold Certification. This is a daylight building, containing multi-sport, full court gymnasium with 2nd floor running track and includes a production stage. There is also a junior basketball gymnasium, art classroom, computer lab classrooms, aerobic and dance room, workout facility / weight room, community meeting area and an expansive outdoor terrace.
