This project at Wesley Woods of Newnan / Peachtree City is an addition and renovation to an existing assisted living facility. The scope of work includes adding on 23 new skilled nursing rooms and 6 new assisted living rooms as well as a clubhouse with a restaurant and assembly room for resident functions. After the addition was complete, the renovation of
about 8,000 square feet took place while keeping the building fully operational for residents and staff.
