RESTAURANT DEPOT Project Overview
This building is located in-town and was designed for the use of a retail wholesale warehouse. Its structure consists of concrete and tilt panel, and the owner is providing all equipment for New South’s subcontractors to install. The building contains shipping/receiving, cooler/freezer, retail racking, check-out lanes and offices. The site is very tight, with heavy coordination required for storing materials, and contains sophisticated energy management systems (EMS) used to maximize efficiency of mechanical/freezer and cooler systems.
