GENERAL MILLS Project Overview
New South Construction has been performing construction services continuously for General Mills since 1996. Projects consist of installation of new-product building addition and the majority of our work is done around the operational product lines. The scope of work includes installing the structural piers for the erection of the steel roof, concrete mezzanine slabs, topping slabs, CMU work, interior and exterior painting, exterior siding, caulking, and all architectural finish work. Construction is performed concurrent with full plant operations. We work closely with the plant staff to insure that all construction is completed without disruption to their on-going activities.
