AIR LOGISTICS II - BUILDING 300 Project Overview
This project includes the construction of one office/distribution facility of single story tilt-up concrete panel construction with a total area of approximately 105,920 square feet. Building construction includes concrete slab-on-grade, conventional steel and light gage frame with bar joists and girders, metal deck, insulation and loose laid and ballasted EPDM roofing. Exterior walls were site-cast, tilt-up concrete panels. Entrances and storefronts are pre-finished aluminum with insulated, tempered, tinted and reflective glazing. Service entrances are coated hollow metal doors and frames; dock doors are overhead lift type.
