Hospitality and Multi-Family - MILLS MILL LOFTS
MILLS MILL LOFTS Project Overview
This project consisted of the conversion of a cotton mill, originally built in 1897, into luxury loft condominiums. The original mill boasted up to 16-foot ceilings, 9-foot window bands, giant heart pine beams, and exposed red brick walls. The original structure was maintained in order to showcase the elegant and impressive architectural elements. Since the closing of the Mill, the building has been used for shopping and restaurants.
Each of the 108 loft units features high, heart pine ceilings, ample open space with massive windows, exposed raw surfaces, ventilation systems, huge refinished wood beams, gourmet-friendly kitchens, and brick walls. Amenities include: a club room for large family gatherings, a gym / fitness center, a pool, a rooftop deck, professionally landscaped gardens, and a bark park for pets.
