HIGHLAND SCHOOL LOFTS Project Overview
This project consisted of the conversion 43,512 square feet of space to a wood-framed brick 1920's school house building, into 30 luxury loft condominiums. The project included restoration of the original wood windows, wood floors, and masonry veneer. The interior spaces were divided according to classroom configurations, and the site design retained most of the existing mature green space, with some allowance for future residents private terraces. Each unit has maple cabinets, granite tops and ceramic tile in the bathrooms.
