MERCER UNIVERSITY CENTER Project Overview
This project involved the development of a 12-acre site in the middle of the Mercer University campus. The building is a three-story complex containing five basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool, a rifle range, four restaurants, and an indoor “streetscape.” The arena component includes tiered seating to accommodate 3,000 people and three sky boxes overlooking the basketball court. The site work included three parking lots and an extensive hardscape / landscape package that allowed the project to blend in with the existing campus.
