Mount Pisgah - Athletic Complex Addition Project Overview
This is a new athletic complex, involving approximately 34 acre of graded site. This property was a former landfill and dumping ground. Due to the nature of the site there is a tremendous amount of environmental issues which involving remedial work.
The development includes a natural turf competition football / soccer field, 8 lane competition track and stadium seating for approximately 1100 spectators, a competition baseball field, a competition softball field and a middle school P.E. baseball field. A combination field house and concessions / restroom building and associated site development, infrastructure and parking are also included.
The final phase for this facility consists of the remainder of the site grading and utilities, all parking areas, the football stadium, maintenance buildings, large concessions building, full capacity restrooms, bleachers, and the press box.
