Education K-12  -  THE WEBER SCHOOL

This project includes an 80,000 square foot classroom building with science labs, art rooms, a cafeteria, a kitchen, and administration areas constructed in an existing concrete structure. The existing structure required significant structural modifications in order to be updated to current seismic codes.

Sitework for the project included new drives, parking, a baseball field, soccer fields, as well as improvements along Roswell Road for the Sandy Springs overlay district. The final portion of the project is a practice gymnasium complete with wood flooring, retractable basketball goals, volleyball equipment, gym divider curtain and locker room facilities. Our team worked closely with the Architects, Program Manager and the Owner throughout planning and design, providing continuous input regarding budget pricing, material selections and scheduling information.
