4/5 ACADEMY AT FIFTH AVENUE Project Overview
This design / build project for City Schools of Decatur's new fourth and fifth grade school building contains: 23 classrooms, music room, science rooms, media center, administration area, teacher work space, a multi-purpose room (auditorium & gymnasium), cafeteria and kitchen. On site amenities include a basketball court, a large athletic field and patio space for outside dining or instruction.
This was the first new school built in City of Decatur in 40 years.
