CLAYTON COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY Project Overview
This project consisted of three separate buildings, all constructed within the same eight month period. The buildings consisted of a three-story, 30,000 square foot office building; a two-story, 15,000 square foot maintenance building; and a two-story, 12,000 square foot warehouse building. All three buildings were completely built-out. New South Construction bid this project competitively and completed the project on schedule.
