THE RIVER CLUB Project Overview
This Country Club exudes a rustic, mountain-resort feel, yet offers all the modern luxuries of a grand Southern clubhouse. Strategically situated on one of the highest points in the community, the Clubhouse offers commanding views of the golf course and the Chattahoochee River Valley below. Designed to complement both the look and lifestyle of the community, this Club offers spacious rooms include men's and women's locker rooms, spa, golf proshop, dining room, lounge and areas for relaxing, dining and unwinding. There is also nearly 10,000 square feet of outdoor areas - including a screened porch, verandas, pavilions. This project scope consists of two buildings with the first being the Golf Turn Grill, which is a 500 square foot kitchen and restroom building providing golfers with food and beverages between rounds. The second phase of the project is the construction of a full service clubhouse as described above with the building structure consisting of concrete, steel and wood truss structure, enhanced by heavy timber trusses and includes extensive millwork and high-end finishes throughout.
