ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER Project Overview
The Armed Forces Reserve Center is a three story building with 220,000 gross square feet of space. This facility will house the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Georgia State Department of Defense. It has a structural steel frame with CMU and stud exterior wall framing, and brick, EIFS, and storefront veneer. It has both single ply and standing seam roofing systems. The project is aiming at a LEED Silver certification.
