Dan Smith
Dan Smith, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for managing New South Construction’s financial operations. With a background in finance and accounting, Dan joined New South in 1993 serving as Accounting Manager. Through his 15 years of dedication and close attention to detail, New South has developed into a successful $160 million company.
Dan is a native Atlantan and attended Tennessee Wesleyan College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Dan is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America - Georgia Branch and Construction Financial Manager Association. He is also an active member of Lost Mountain Baptist Church, serving on the Leadership Board and Capital Stewardship Team.
